MEI Commercial Cleaning Services LLC scopes dining areas, entry glass, restrooms, floors and agreed accessible kitchen surfaces. The walkthrough separates front-of-house presentation from kitchen soil and grease. Food, stock and removable equipment must have clear handling instructions.

Does routine restaurant cleaning include the hood system?

No. Hood, duct and fire-suppression work is outside the general cleaning scope. Specify any specialized requirement before requesting a proposal. Accessible degreasing, floor care and appliance exteriors are evaluated separately from specialist systems.

How do we plan an after-closing cleaning visit?

Confirm the closing time, staff exit, delivery access, alarm procedure and the time floors must be ready to use. Identify food-contact surfaces and approved products. Water, power and safe access must be available for the agreed work.

How is a restaurant proposal priced?

The area, soil level, frequency, equipment and available work window determine the scope. Recurring janitorial labor and one-time deep-cleaning projects are priced separately. Photos can help prepare a walkthrough, but they do not establish a final price.
