MEI Commercial Cleaning Services LLC serves businesses and managed properties throughout San Diego County. We plan recurring janitorial service, day porter support and project cleaning around each property's access, occupancy and surface requirements.
Our work includes offices, fitness centers, retail, restaurants, medical and dental offices, apartment and HOA common areas, and construction handovers. Each property needs its own checklist: a restaurant's grease buildup, an office's workstations and a gym's changing areas should not be treated as the same cleaning assignment.
How we start a working relationship
- Understand the property. Share its location, approximate area, current concerns, operating hours and desired frequency.
- Review the work. A walkthrough identifies materials, access restrictions, detail tasks and the equipment needed.
- Write the proposal. Agree on included areas, exclusions, frequency, supplies and the service window before work begins.
- Keep communication practical. Identify a site contact, report concerns and review changes when occupancy or cleaning needs change.
Information for your vendor review
Ask for the current W-9 and insurance information required by your onboarding process. Send any site-specific insurance, access or documentation requirements before a proposal is finalized so they can be reviewed for the actual project.
