BEFORE WE ARRIVE
A few important details.
Can every wet wall, floor or carpet be saved?
No. Recoverability depends on the water source, how long materials have been wet, their condition and what is happening underneath or behind them. Early action can help, but some materials need removal or replacement.
Is the 24–48-hour guideline a guarantee?
No. EPA describes this as a prevention guideline, not a fixed deadline for mold growth. Drying within that period does not guarantee that mold has not developed. Conditions vary, and affected materials should be assessed promptly.
What if there is sewage, visible mold or an electrical hazard?
Tell us before work begins. Contaminated water, mold remediation, structural repairs and electrical hazards need separate specialist assessment. Do not enter unsafe standing water or operate fans before the water source and conditions have been assessed.
What should I share when I call?
The property address, when the water appeared, its suspected source, affected rooms, floor types and safe-access details. Photos taken from a safe location can help us understand the request. We confirm availability and pricing after reviewing the scope.
